Apple Music Replay 2022 can not be opened

I cannot enter my AppleMusic Replay 2022 even though I listen to a lot of music on AppleMusic throughout the year.

Now I wanted to check the progress bar on the Replay Website but this is not shown either… All my devices are set to show listening history. I have no Idea why my replay does not work. The last replay that is shown is from 2015.


I do enter AppleMusic through an AppleOne Family Plan. Can this be the source of the fault? All other members do not use AppleMusic a lot, so I guess they have not listend enough to creat a replay. But AppleMusic should keep the family separate. We are all using different Apple IDs, so this should not make any problems, should it? In 2015, the last time the replay worked, I used AppleMusic without the family plan, that’s why I can only imagine a problem connected to the family plan.


If at least the progress bar would show on the replay website, I could see if I have not used it enough. But without the progress bar I have absolutely no idea what I can do about it.

How many hours of stream are needed? Can I just stream on my device and stop the time by myself?
