Liqid Glass not working in Lock or Home screen but only in the Apple settings? (Reduce Transparency and Increase Contrast both turned off)

Hello, i have an issue with Liquid Glass on my iPhone 14. Reduced Transparancy is turned off and Reduce Motion is also turned off, but somehow i only have these weird outlines around everything instead of the Liquid Glass optics and it looks like Increase Contrast is turned on (but its not). The only time it works is in the settigs app which is really weird considering in my lock screen and home screen its not working. Ive searched everywhere on the internet and no one seems to adress this issue or have it in general. Would really like some answers to why it looks so bad on my device. Ive also tried restarting. Maybe I have to reinstall iOS 26?
