Problem with trackpad/keyboard, space key seems stuck.

I'm not sure if its my trackpad, but since one month (and it happend only twice now) my Mac just keeps adding spaces. So if I for example hit a text box, the space key just continues to make spaces, when I then type it looks like the images attached. It also starts scrolling automatically on pages. When I restart my Mac, the problem is gone, but it's super frustrating!
