Thank you for contacting the  Support Community. I‘ll try my best to solve your problem.

For what I know, this is a common bug. Just delete all your safari (or other browser) history in settings and delete all your profiles if you have any that you find in the VPN section in the settings app.

Then turn your phone off and on again and wait a day or two.

In the worst case scenario, you’ll have to factory reset your phone.
