Request for Full Refund – Unauthorized Charges Not Refunded Properly

Hello,




A total amount of approximately 16,500 KGS was unauthorizedly charged from my mother’s card by APPLE.COM/BILL. The charges were made multiple times in different amounts — 19 USD, 12 USD, 7 USD, etc., over a short period of time.




My mother does not own an iPhone and does not have an Apple ID, so these transactions were made by fraudsters. We contacted support and requested a full refund.




However, instead of refunding the full amount, Apple only returned very small amounts (a few KGS each time), which does not correspond to the actual sums that were charged. We urgently request a complete refund of all unauthorized charges.
