Can’t change region, Apple Music shows active after cancellation

I recently moved countries I cancelled my Apple Music membership when we arrived it says expires 26 April 2019 today is 27 April and it still shows as active, therefore I cannot change my region

iPhone 8 Plus, iOS 12
