All forms of general search (swipe right from home screen, or swipe down from middle of screen) come back with nothing. I've used this function for so long. I really don't want to have to wipe my phone and start over again. Help!!

Thanks - I had seen almost all of these and was thinking that the erase and restore was my only option.
I saw one comment about Siri shortcuts potentially creating the issue. I didn't think I had any but after looking I found just one. After deleting everything works again!! Locked the screen and tried again. Still works!
