I am caught in a frustrating and never-ending loop of unapproved phone and verification codes that cannot be entered on other devices (where for goodness sakes?! where?!). I cannot turn off the two factor authentication, but I cannot get this to work properly.

If you see a password box, enter the password (ABC) followed by the code (123) or ABC123.
