iPad says “Incorrect password on WiFi network” or “Unable to join on WiFi network” within several feet

I was using my iPad when the message “Incorrect password on WiFi network” happened at only 9 feet near the router. The message again said “Unable to join the network” happened about 7 feet near the router. It repeated every time over 6 feet. The WiFi router is likely said “HOME,” which came from Xfinity.
