refund for a subscription

my daughter downloaded a game and it subscribed to a monthly payment that i never authorized. how can i get my refund and cancel the subscription?

Click here, follow the instructions, and use this form to ask for a refund. If the subscription was made from a Family Sharing subaccount, it can only be cancelled from there or by adding a note when submitting the form.
