I tried unlocking my ICloud account, however when I try sending an email to my account to unlock my ICloud account; it wouldn’t receive any new email. Meaning that I wouldn’t be able to get that email to unlock my account and I forgot my Security Answers. Is there any solutions for this problem? If so, please tell me so.

Now if you dont have access to.find my iPhone on mac or another iPhone to disable it, you will have to go through customer support and provide a VALID purchase RECEIPT, that they may use to unlock or remove your iCloud account for you https://getsupport.apple.com/
