My new Iphone XS Max keeps dropping calls; is there a fix for this problem

I've had the same problem since the Xs Max came out. Replaced the phone once. Same problem. I can take my SIM to my old iPhone X and have no issues at all. Apple has been silent on this for nearly a year.

I’ve changed sim, upgraded ios to latest, same sim works fine on other iphone but it drop calls/signal in my xs max.
help pls or should i claim warranty.
Having same problem on my Xs Max since October. No software update has solved this issue. Calls get muted after 5 to 10 seconds then drops completely.
