is it possible to make a refund for the product that i’m not using now?

The problem is that I was billed 6 times for the subscription for the app that i’ve already deleted. When I tried to request a subscription via the apple billing center, it said that my subscription did not meet the refund conditions. So much money was billed for the product that i’ve never used, I’d like to get a refund for that, but don’t know how exactly.

iPhone 7, iOS 12

Deleting the app does not cancel the subscription.

Make sure you have actually cancelled the subscription by following the steps here: View, change, or cancel your subscriptions - Apple Support

Then try requesting a refund again.

Purchases are considered final as you know, but you could try the 'report a problem' page to contact iTunes Support and see if they will refund you as a one-off : http://reportaproblem.apple.com

Or you can try contacting iTunes Support via : http://www.apple.com/support/itunes/ww (click on your country's flag, the country where you live, and which is therefore the country on the account ; click on Contact Support towards the top right ; click on Get Help under 'Talk To Us’)

is it possible to make a refund for the product that i’m not using now?
