Help! When I enter a contact in my phone, it is not saving despite clicking on the 'Done' button. When I search in my contacts list, it is not in there. I have entered this same contact in my phone three times and it is still not showing up. My software version is 12.2.

1) restart your phone
2) See this: Get help using iCloud Contacts, Calendars, or Reminders
3) When searching, select Groups. Perhaps you are only searching one group and the new contact is not part of that group.
