Random Itune charges when I have everything turned ofg

I have been trying to get iTunes to stop billing my card I’ve turned the account off from having a card on it but I continue to get billed month to month from $50 to $100 per month. I have even told the bank to shut down my bank account and they told me to never give my card number out or my account number because this is what happens I can’t figure out what to do. I’ve contacted Apple about this problem before but I never get any help. I’m try one last time before I have to give up on having a personal apple phone. Can anyone try and help me? I even have $25 on my account that I don’t know how to use it.

Figure out why you’re being billed...

See your purchase history in the App Store or iTunes Store - Apple Support


... and stop whatever charges you are being billed for.

View, change, or cancel your subscriptions - Apple Support
