AirPods do not connect to my iPhone

I have tried restart the box but it does not do anything and it does not connect to my iphone

Well, then, perhaps it’s a faulty device.


You have a one year warranty. If no AppleCare+ protection was purchased.


If Terms & Conditions are met, perhaps, Apple will swap it out?

White Means You Must Reset It


Go Here: AirPods Blinking green light is a recent post. 29 users have marked its reply as “Helpful”.


According to the post, this indicates that you have to factory reset your device.


So, leave the Air Pods in the “box”, and then hold down the button until while it remains white, and then blinks to “orange”.


All associated devices will be lost, and the Airpods will be turned into an “out of the box” condition-like device
