all my iTunes and app store purchases over the last 10 years are gone
how do i retrieve all my purchases when i purchased them on a zillion apple id's passwords and a few apple ids

If they are still in the store, and if you haven't moved countries since buying them (and haven't hidden them), you could try logging into the relevant account and redownloading them (assuming the computer/device isn't already associated to an account ; redownloading an account's past purchases starts a 90 day association to an account : View and remove your associated devices in iTunes - Apple Support) : Redownload apps, music, movies, TV shows, and books from the App Store, iTunes Store, and Apple Books - Apple Support
