When I plug in my iphone for charging it shows that its charging but after 1 hrs of above when I check my battery percentage remains same and when I restart my phone then battery percentage some times drops.Same issue is with my iPad pro 11 inch also

I would try a different cable and charger.
If the same thing is happening with both then mostly the charger or the cable.
