How do i get receipt of my ipad?

I bought a Ipad 9.7" on 25 Mar 19 in Texas Fort Hood PX but atm i am in UK. To that end whats the best way that i can get copy of receipt.

You can go to Apple, online, to get your receipt:

Open Orders: https://www.apple.com/shop/browse/account/home
Sign in.
Select the product you’d like more information about.
Select View Invoice in the upper right corner.
Print your invoice for your records.

That may or may not work since the OP didn't buy the iPad directly from Apple.
