I can’t make an in app purchase on a game I’m playing. I have over $100 in credit so plenty of funds. It comes back please contact apple.com/support/iTunes can’t figure this out?

When you contacted apple.com/support/iTunes what did they say?
They haven’t gotten back to me yet but it looks like I have a pending purchase in the app I’m having trouble with. I dont know if that has something to do with it.
Thanks I tried this earlier but didn’t have the item # but I found it and sent them a request but thanks for your help.
