Get a german keyboard in australia
can i order a macbook pro with a german keyboard to the store in melbourne australia? cause its not an option in the online store but i heard that they can do it. is that true and does it cost more?

Country-specific keyboards do not cost more. They are all the same price.
However I do not know if you can order a German-layout keyboard from the Apple Store in Australia. You will need to go into the store directly to ask them. As you pointed out, the Australia portal for Apple.com does not let you do that but the Apple Store may be able to.
