Why did I unknowingly get charged $10.69 this month and last month for iTunes to my checking account, but can’t find it in my apple history. As well as an attempt to a credit card.

If you've looked at the purchase histories of all iTunes accounts linked to the card and not found them, and if they aren't : About payment card authorization holds from the App Store or iTunes Store - Apple Support, contact the card issuer
Sound like a recurring subscription. Those don't appear in Purchase history directly.
