iPhone storage
My phones storage shows that I’ve only used 15GB of my 32gb phone, but claims my storage is full. Anything I can do?

Hope it is just confused software which will clear with a forced reset. If your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch won't turn on or is frozen - Apple Support
If that doesn’t work you might have to consider wiping and reloading from iTunes. If you have to go that route make sure you have a current backup, and consider mirroring and also backing up your data to iCloud so you have duplicated backups in different places.
