Why do I keep getting an error Saying that Apple Music is not linked to iCloud on my account

first confirm you have a valid Apple Music Membership

View, change, or cancel your subscriptions - Apple Support


Then try the below steps


Turn iCloud Music Library off, then on again

On your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch:

    1. Go to Settings > Music, then tap iCloud Music Library to turn it off.
    2. Close Settings.
    3. Go to Settings > Music, then tap iCloud Music Library to turn it on.
    4. Turn on “Show Apple Music


 If they still don’t load:

  1. in settings- iTunes App Store - your name - sign out- then sign back  in - you will need to turn iCloud music library back on again.
