Finder Problem - Sharing AirDrop, Notes, Messages

Hello. When I click Share and try to AirDrop a file or image from a folder through Finder, the AirDrop box shows with a list of devices (people) I can AirDrop to.

Nothing happens when I click on one of the devices. Nothing happen when I click on Cancel either.

I have to click Force Quit and Relaunch the Finder window.

This also happens when I try to send to Messages or Notes.

I have tried First Aid through Disk Utility, restarting my MacBook, restarting my iPad etc...

Any ideas?

To find out if it's system wide or user specific, try this...

Open System Preferences>Users & Groups, unlock the lock, click on the little plus icon, make a new admin account, log out & into the new account.

Does it work in the new account?

There should be, it means some plist, cache, or other file in the your regular account needs deleting... trouble is I cannot do Airdrop to even begin to test.

What I'd do is search for new Airdrop files created in the new account, best tool is...

Find Any File...

Hold Option or alt key when selecting Find to Find All.
