iTunes Automatically Downloads Songs Not In My Library.

iTunes automatically downloads music to my Mac that are not added to my iTunes library. Those songs most probably belong to playlists I have added to my library. These songs are in those playlists but are not added to my library. Yet iTunes downloads those songs without my consent and stores them on my Mac eating up gigabytes of storage. How can I disable those auto downloads while retaining the playlists.

See Turn on Automatic Downloads or App Updates - Apple Support and make sure automatic downloads for music are not enabled.
