Uploading multiple Photos libraries to iCloud

We’ve got a number of Photos libraries on a drive (converted from old iPhoto libraries) which pre-date our iCloud.

Is is there anyway that we can upload them to iCloud so they’re visible across all our devices alongside all our other photos? I don’t want to add them all to our MacBook as it’ll need more space that we have on the drive.

All assistance greatly received

When you enable several Photos Libraries as your iCloud Photo Library in turn, they will all upload to iCloud and merge in iCloud into one merged iCloud Photos Library. The merged library will download to the library that you are currently using with iCloud. If you do not want all photos in your current library, consider to use "Optimize Storage". Then not all photos will be stored locally in the full resolution.
