Saying you tried all the methods, doesn't tell us what you actually tried. The methods you should have tried include the following.

1. Reboot: Press and hold BOTH the power and home buttons at the same time (keep holding past the swipe to shut down) until the Apple Logo appears, then let go.
2. Recovery Mode: If you can't update or restore your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch - Apple Support
