Business.apple.com Login/Account setup

I'm trying to set an account up for our company to use to start managing Apple devices. I filled out the form, got the call, answered the questions, and the guy on the phone said it didn't appear that our company had an account yet. So a few minutes later I got the email with the link to click, which I did. I tried signing in with the account I used in the form and am getting a "This Apple ID can't be used with Apple Business Manager. Apple Business Manager can be used by Managers and Administrators with

organizationally managed accounts. Sign in with your Managed Apple ID, or enroll your organization." But when I talked to the guy who was verifying my account, he said there wasn't an account associated with it. I called into Apple Support, and as soon as I mentioned that I was having login issues with the business.apple.com webpage the guy said "oh." and freaking hung up.


Is there a sperate number or email address I can contact about this? My Case ID is 100845979816
