iPhone not accepting any digits ...is it frozen?

my new iPhone will not accept any digits in my 6 digit passcode? I am setting up new iPhone.

I found out my problem...somehow the login was locked for 24 hours and when the time came it just clicked back. then I just stopped the wifi...tomorrow I will start with your list of how to... so I'm hoping not to have any more problems.
