Every time I reboot my iphone I get a notification that a message was not sent from more than 450 days ago. How can I fix this notification.

Did you try a forced restart? To force restart your device, press and hold both the Sleep/Wake and Home buttons for at least ten seconds, until you see the Apple logo.
