Buying Final Cut Pro

IF you buy a Macbook Pro with Final Cut Pro Preinstalled does that get added to your account, and you wouldn't have to buy it again?

After you initialize the Mac you have to go into the App Store with the same Apple ID and confirm it's listed on the Purchased page. Honestly, unless you're getting a apps bundle, there is no benefit at all in getting the application preinstalled.
