Deleted saved mail messages
Why are saved mail messages deleted after one month?

PC is not involved.
on your iPhone go to:
Settings, Passwords and Accounts
That displays all your email accounts.
Tap on the account that is causing your concerns.
You will see “Mail Days to sync”
It is currently set to One Month
Tap on it and change it to No Limit
Your older emails will then appear on the phone
