Dose not let me download apps

Why can’t I download my apps and it repetitively asks for my card of billing address but keep cycling thru that and does not let me download apps or update my info

iPhone 6s, iOS 12

Use a valid credit card with your name on it, issued by your bank.
Make sure Wi-Fi to the Internet is connected
Make sure you are in your country App Store

What if I take my card off and it keeps asking for a billing address but still does the same thing ?

You cannot take your card oFF if you want to update/download apps.

You can buy and redeemed iTunes gift cards as an alternative.
