Live Photos

Besides iCloud, where else could live photos be saved? I would like to save them where when I upload them, I would like to still have my photos as “live.”

In order to see them live on devices which are not Apple devices, you can get an app from the App Store, which will save them as a GIF. Otherwise they will only be live on Apple devices.
