Add card to wallet

I can not add the credit card in to my wallet.

there is no option to add any card

If you are not using a passcode, you need to for Wallet to work. here is a link - If you can't add cards to Wallet for Apple Pay - Apple Support

You must be in an area where Apple Pay is available using a device that was for that region.
