If you'd been backing up to the cloud or to your computer's iTunes restore that backup onto a device and copy them off : Transfer photos and videos from your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch - Apple Support

If you'd been using iCloud Photos : Set up and use iCloud Photos - Apple Support
