Hi Is it possible to update my iMac 27ins to the new macOS Mojave. I have been told it’s too old to update but is it possible if I bring it into the shop to be refurbished? It is about nine years old.

I have an iMac thats about 9 years old, can it be updated to the latest OS Mojave if I take it in to the apple shop for refurbishment?

Mojave specs:

macOS Mojave - Technical Specifications

It either meets the specs or not. There's nothing you can do to upgrade it.
