I tried the volume up, down and power reset and didn’t work. I still hear alerts and sounds but screen black

You may get better and prompt responses if you may kindly provide the iPhone Model that you have and the iOS version if it is known to you.

I am not sure the model, it’s a X less than a year old with the latest software update. Appreciate the help!
