My microphone is not working

No... I looked it up and it’s “loop disease”, I’m not an expert but it has something to do with a loose IC chip? But another person I know had the same thing happen at the same time and apple told her to upgrade her phone... other sites say it can be fixed. I’m just using my Bluetooth... I’m poor.

Wow I just was on live chat with them I have to bring it in to either Apple or Best Buy I screened shot all these posts so they saw it’s not just me and they said if there’s no internal damage like water etc I won’t have to pay so let’s see I’ll keep u posted! This is ridiculous
