Can i charge my macbook air with a normal charger from Canada here in Lebanon or could it possibly ruin the macbook air?

I’m in Lebanon for vacation but got macbook and charger from Canada but don’t know if I have to use like those euro power converters or whatever when I plug it in.

If this charger is the one that Apple provided you, then you should be able to use it world-wide. The issue will be, whether or not, you have the appropriate electrical socket connector to work in Lebanon. Apple does sell a "world travel adapter" kit just for this purpose.
