Is there a way to keychain the main system login password?

I guess im really only concerned with intruders on the outside than here on the inside.  Is it possible to create a long secure password but be able to mouse over and see the little keychain icon as can be done with other internal applications?  Thank you for your help and potentially saving me time everyday!

No... but there are other ways to log in more or less automatically, such as using an Apple Watch or Touch ID:

Thank you. I have a desktop and nothing to touch for ID and I don't have an Apple watch. I am more irritated with the time it takes to type in long password than I am of someone hacking into my computer from the outside so I think i will create a much user friendly password like the one John Podesta used.
