iPhone 7 - No service

I have iphone 7 and now its is no servis and im from iran,iran dosen't have apple stor .now how can i fix it?

I bought this phome 2years age and i updated my phone a couple of weeks ago and found this problem and i said im from iran , iran doesn't have apple store or company apple Iran has been sanctioned . Now how can i fix my phone?
