My home button isn't working

My home button isn't working and I reset my phone. A screen home button was set to the screen of my phone. Now I can't set up my phone. How do I get the home button back on the screen?

+1 to MrBill3's comments. The iPhone's Home button is not a DIY repair item and should be done by an Apple Store technician or an Apple Authorized Service Provider. This typically will also include replacing the phone's screen as well.
