It might be another Apple charge.

You can review your purchase history and report problems with purchases in the App Store or iTunes Store.
Learn how to identify an unfamiliar App Store or iTunes Store charge.
For help with recurring charges, you can view, change, or cancel your subscriptions

You probably weren’t charged twice for the same thing.

If you see 'itunes.com/bill' or an unfamiliar charge on your statement - Apple Support
See your purchase history in the App Store or iTunes Store - Apple Support. Any charge to your Apple ID account will be specified in the purchase history, including subscription fees.
View, change, or cancel your subscriptions - Apple Support. Any subscriptions on your Apple ID account will be listed here.
