My phone was stolen when I received my new phone I didn't remember apple login password. I finally restored my old Apple ID but not sure how to retrieve old photos and contacts from the old Apple ID account please help!

Normally you simply log in to iCloud on your new phone using the old AppleID. You then activate the options you need in iCloud settings and all related data will synchronize back to new iPhone.
