Is there a way to unlock my phone through my apple ID when you forget your passcode?

The passcode is stored only on the phone, so unlike online logins such as your Apple ID it can't be retrieved. I'm afraid your only option is to erase the phone. Please see If you forgot the passcode for your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch, or your device is disabled - Apple Support
