Home settings disappeared

I have an iPad that is always home..I want to turn it into home hub..I looked for home in the settings but I can’t find it

The Home App, requires iOS 10 or higher. If you have iPad 1, 2, 3, or original iPad Mini, you will not be able to use the Home App as those devices are not capable of running anything higher than iOS 9.3.5 (9.3.6 if CDMA Cellular model).
