$9.99 charge to my checking account

My checking account was charged $9.99 on 8/12/19 for iTunes. I did not purchase anything. I would like it refunded.

If you've looked at the purchase histories of all iTunes accounts you have linked to the card and not found it (and checked iCloud storage) : See your purchase history in the App Store or iTunes Store - Apple Support
