How do I change my security questions associated with my Apple ID I remember none of the answers for my questions

Thanks for using Apple Discussions.


Here's how you can change your Security questions:


  1. Sign in to your Apple ID account page.
  2. In the Security section, click Edit.
  3. If you already have security questions, you'll be asked to answer them before you continue. ... 
  4. Click Change Questions. ... 
  5. Choose your new security questions, then enter the answers.

If the steps in the article below don’t work, contact Apple ID Support, although I’m not sure they will help. There have been posts that state Apple ID Support will no longer help reset security questions.

Apple Support by e-mail or chat    Work through the screens to get a chat option.  You may need to pick a problem that is slightly different than yours to get a chat option.
